Introduction

While working in social services and as a teacher, I discovered a drive to help improve mental health of those I served. I now have over thirteen years of experience supporting mental health and larger systemic issues. My focus areas of support include: working with youth in the legal system, veterans, teens and adults with eating disorders, people without housing, and neurodivergent people. There are times people experience a painful emotions that may feel unnecessary. However, when our emotions are roaring within, this can be an opportunity to create attunement to our bodies and our experiences, leading to healing and showing us "there's nothing so whole as a broken heart." I support patients in cultivating this attunement through a variety of methods including DBT, RO-DBT, Intuitive Eating, and ACT. Ultimately, your needs and preferences will drive the work we do together. I look forward to hearing from you to schedule a free consultation.
