Introduction

Anxiety ~ Do negative thoughts keep you awake at night? Do you find yourself stuck in what if thinking? Do you worry about things that are outside your control? Depression ~ Feeling hopeless about life? Do you feel heavy, weighed down and unable to find motivation for even the simplest tasks? Grief ~ Are you struggling to make sense of life after the loss of a loved one, your job, your marriage? Feel like no one wants to hear it? Life can be hard and sometimes the people in our life just don't have the right words to help. Talking with a therapist is private, confidential and can give you the confidence needed to make changes and take back your life. My approach to therapy is laid back, comfortable and relaxed. I like to use humor when it's appropriate. Online therapy means you pick the place: your couch, your backyard, pretty much anywhere you have privacy and a great WIFI signal! You can expect a judgment free zone where you can share your fears, cry, celebrate progress and ask questions. You are the expert on your life. My role is to ask questions, listen and help you create the life you want. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Psychology and UNC Charlotte with a Master in Social Work. I am licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. You must be in one of these states at the time of our session. Are you ready to make a change and start living your best life? Schedule your session today or contact me with questions.
