Life can be hard and sometimes the people in our life just don't have the right words to help. Talking with a therapist is private, confidential and can give you the confidence needed to make changes and take back your life. My approach to therapy is laid back, comfortable and relaxed. I like to use humor when it's appropriate. Online therapy means you pick the place: your couch, your backyard, pretty much anywhere you have privacy and a great WIFI signal! You can expect a judgment free zone where you can share your fears, cry, celebrate progress and ask questions. You are the expert on your life. My role is to ask questions, listen and help you create the life you want. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Psychology and UNC Charlotte with a Master in Social Work.
