I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with PTSD, Trauma, Grief, Acute Life Challenges, Relationship Issues, Anxiety and Depression. Through our work together, clients will learn techniques to reduce intensity and practical resources to address persistent emotions. Allowing clients to be more present and achieve a new state of balance in their lives. I empower my clients by facilitating a trauma informed, person centered, strength based, straight forward approach which is essential to fostering change. Utilizing multiple evidence-based techniques including EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness to cater to each individual clients’ experience.
