Hi there, I'm Betty, a trained counselor holding a Master’s degree in Counseling from Multnomah University. My training in both counseling and health coaching merge to find solutions for people battling a variety of physical, emotional, relational and lifestyle concerns. I'd love to work with you to find solutions and tools to help find your way out of that 'stuck' place.
