Introduction

Starting therapy can be anxiety inducing! The fear of being blamed; worry over being misunderstood; frustration in facing the feeling ‘I cant do anything right!’. Especially if you have tried therapy before and it just didn’t work. My name is Betsy Tseronis. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland practicing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have great compassion for relationships. Relationships are so hard! However, using Emotionally Focused Therapy, we can create a safe place to work through the many challenges your relationship faces. We will go down into the dark place together and walk out into a lighter, more connected and meaningful relationship.
