Introduction

I am passionate about working with you to create growth and healing in your life. Even now as you consider therapy, you are already taking steps in the right direction, and I am proud of you for that. From personal experience, I know just how daunting it can be to start therapy and choose a therapist. Anytime we face the unknown, it can create discomfort, and that is okay. I am in your corner to support you and help find the right fit for you. (Under supervision of Grace Iacuone, LPC-S) I work with clients across the lifespan and with many different concerns. As an inclusive therapist, I am open, affirmative, and accepting of all personal identities and backgrounds. I utilize Child-Centered play therapy and Theraplay techniques when working with children and their families. I also love to implement expressive modalities such as SandTray. I am especially passionate about working with the neurodivergent community. I believe each person can overcome whatever obstacle life throws at us. I offer free 15-minute phone call consultations to talk briefly to see if I am the right fit for you. Regardless, I am more than happy to help you find the resources you need. I look forward to meeting you!
