My approach to therapy incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My natural clinical style is direct and action oriented, with an emphasis on behavior change. Sessions with me tend to involve identifying ineffective patterns of coping and building confidence with handling difficult thoughts and feelings without avoidance.
