Introduction

Align Counseling is currently accepting new clients in person and telehealth. Hi, I am Bethany, a therapist and yoga teacher with 15 years of experience supporting the mental health of people from diverse backgrounds. Have you experienced a trauma, loss, or major life transition; you could have feelings of deep sadness, anger, or disconnection. You may also be experiencing racing thoughts, nervousness, or trouble sleeping. Everyday can feel difficult, and you wonder if these feelings will ever lift. There is hope, healing, and support. Together we will find answers to your questions and build your resilience and strength. I offer a holistic approach that integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic interventions to address all areas of need. These are custom interventions and will focus on your goals and specific circumstances. I am accepting new clients. You can schedule by phone, text ,or email.
