Introduction

Toivoa is derived from the Finnish language meaning "hope." Bethany's passion and calling in life is to help each person find hope and live to their fullest potential by providing evidenced based strategies and tools to help them walk through whatever struggles they are dealing with. Bethany is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a wide variety of experience in mental health settings including including inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency, forensic psychiatry, and outpatient mental health settings. She has training in multiple therapy modalities and works with both children and adults. She enjoys meeting each person where they are at and offers a non-judgemental safe place to work through life's challenges. ​
