Introduction

Current Group Openings: Autism, ADHD, Neurodiversity Group Psychodrama Group Teen Group Parent Group So many experience mental health challenges due to isolation and lack of support. Group Therapy enhances growth with the additional resources and strengths each member brings. In many different forms, I have always loved working with groups of people interested in growing and learning. Trauma focused experiential therapies, such as psychodrama, are my favorite ways to help clients embody change instead of simply talking about it. These methods bring play, imagination and creativity back into the forefront of lives. My education is in the Depth and Jungian tradition of psychology, which seeks wisdom at the root of issues to inspire meaningful change. I have a long history of working with highly sensitive people and families, and prefer working with a variety of mental health challenges and ages. I love exploring neurodivergent trauma with those who experience Autism level 1(Aspergers, high functioning, low needs, self diagnosed, etc.) and/or ADHD. My thesis explored Pathological Demand Avoidance (or persistent drive for autonomy) and its impact on romantic couple attachment. I am neurodiversity affirming and am AuDHD myself. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and use an anti oppression lens in my work.
