Introduction

Making the decision to seek out therapy can be intimidating, and finding the right therapist is tough. The reality is, life is inherently challenging; it comes with pain and struggle. We all need support from time to time. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family stressors, or other challenges, it is possible to live a life filled with meaningful experiences and relationships. As a therapist, I take a respectful and collaborative approach. I understand you are the expert on your life, experiences, and relationships. I work with you to form goals that are meaningful to you and help you form lasting positive change in your life. I have experience working with youth and adults in medical and educational settings. I am currently a practicing middle school counselor so I offer evening and weekend appointments. I look forward to meeting you.
