Beth has been treating anxiety and OCD for over a decade, applying the most up to date research and strategies to provide data-driven, targeted, and empathetic care. Beth is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and certified in treating anxiety and OCD, (certified, not just trained, which is important!) applying the gold standard of Exposure Response Prevention and CBT. She has also been teaching Psychology, brain studies, and Human Relations for nearly a decade in NYC and locally, teaching students the fundamentals of Psychology and communication. In her practice, providing functional, successful treatment that involves actual lifestyle changes and impactful relief, rather than just emotional processing and re-hashing, is Beth's passion. Beth wants you to feel better, significantly so; and see evidence of this improvement in your daily life.
