With 12 years of experience working with many different people in many different settings, I am currently building a practice centered around EMDR therapy and providing therapy to others working in mental health (therapists, social workers, skills trainers, mental health nurses etc.). I enjoy helping people work through traumas, big and small, and normalizing the chaos of life and your personal lived experience.
