Introduction

Taking the step to begin therapy is often the most difficult first step, but I would be honored to be a part of your journey. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, etc., I’m here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, life transitions, stress, personal growth challenges, trauma, grief, and depression. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. I use a combination of CBT, ERP, existential therapy, narrative therapy, creative arts, and faith-based counseling. I am also certified in SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) should you need pre-marriage or marriage counseling.
