I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston University and my Master’s Degree from Hunter College Graduate School of Social Work. I began my clinical work at a community clinic, supporting individuals facing challenges with addiction, those affected by a loved one’s substance use, and people coping with trauma, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to help you live a lighter, more fulfilling life by improving your mental and emotional health. I understand that everyone’s struggles are unique — whether it’s relationship difficulties, the effects of trauma, persistent anxiety or depression, or issues related to substance use. Together, we’ll focus on your needs and build a trusting, supportive space that empowers you on your journey toward well-being. Many clients dealing with trauma have found relief through therapies like psychodynamic work, body-based techniques, mindfulness, and EMDR. These approaches help reduce symptoms and provide emotional support to improve everyday life. I specialize in these methods and am dedicated to guiding you through your healing process. If you’re facing alcoholism, substance abuse, or feeling the impact of a loved one’s addiction, we can work together to identify patterns such as codependency and intrusive thoughts. Understanding these patterns can help you take control of your recovery. I invite you to reach out so we can explore how to move forward together.
