Introduction

To embark on a journey of lasting, positive change. I offer counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity development, trauma, life transitions (parenting, divorce, empty nest, etc.) and to improve and strengthen relationships. I also help clients learn greater awareness of body responses which improves the ability to regulate emotions. To achieve these objectives, I use Eye Movement Desensitization Response (EMDR), Psychodynamic Talk Therapy, Inner Child Work, Somatic Psychology (Mind-Body), Attachment Theory, Brain Science, Mindfulness, Reflective Meditation, Expressive Arts, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
