Introduction

On your self-discovery journey, are you hoping to find balance, reduce stress or panic, feel supported in your relationships, practice positive self-talk, discover tools that really work for you, and/ or reduce negative thought patterns? These are just a few examples of how therapy may be able to help. Together, we can work together to create a plan for your overall mental and emotional health and wellbeing to address and target your goals. I am eager to connect with you through curiosity & authenticity in a nonjudgemental and ever-present manner. My therapy approach is often a mix of styles- which could include concrete exercises/practices (i.e.CBT/DCT/ACT), along with a humanistic and talk-therapy approach. I also love to build in mindfulness, breathing exercises, and expressive therapies when I can ! I have been practicing in the field since 2015, after receiving my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge MA. Please feel free to reach out to discuss how we can together build a unique session structure tailored to you! I strive to create a safe, supportive, & inclusive environment. I believe in self-growth and self-reflection as a must for myself, everyday. I believe in anti-racist pedagogy & am committed to creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ folk as an ongoing practice.
