Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping you live a fulfilling life. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors in order to bring integrity, authenticity, and joy into your life. I believe in taking an integrative approach to help you reach your goals. My work with you will consist of a mixture of many therapeutic techniques such as attachment, embodiment, trauma informed, brain-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. I am also trained in EMDR therapy through the Maiberger Institute. Together, we will work to help you discover why you've been where you've been and how to become in tune with your most genuine self. I specialize in working with women of all ages. Specifically, those in the perinatal period who have experienced infertility, loss, abortion, adoption, difficult births, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, feeding difficulties, and early parenting struggles. I also focus on working with women who struggle with codependency, narcissistic abuse, setting boundaries, perfectionism, and other relationship struggles. I am accepting new clients at this time.
