Introduction

I believe that trust is an integral part of the therapeutic process. I want to create a safe environment free of judgment, where you feel heard and understood, so we can begin to identify and address the issues in your life that may be holding you back from achieving an optimal state of well-being. My goal is to assist you in changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that are hindering you from achieving your wellness goals. My clinical approach is eclectic and dynamic utilizing interventions and perspectives from various therapeutic models including Person-centered Therapy, Psychodynamic approach, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will work to identify and set goals that you wish to accomplish through the counseling process and our time together. I welcome all clients with unconditional positive regard no matter their race, religion, sexual orientation, ability, gender orientation, age, or socioeconomic status.
