Introduction

My practice prioritizes helping individuals understand themselves in new ways that lead to finding a sense of safety, purpose, and fulfillment. Together, we may: explore how your past experiences and relationships have influenced your behaviors and perceptions, enhance awareness on the connection between your mind and body, and establish goals that guide you to the life you want. I can help with chronic stress, trauma, relationship and family issues, anxiety, postpartum, mood disorders, and ADHD. I received my training directly from Dr. Matthew Vasquez, the creator of a body-centered therapeutic approach, Integrated Somatic Regulation. In my practice, I use a blend of techniques from body-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as sensorimotor psychotherapy. It is important to me that you connect with a therapist that you can build a trusting relationship with. I want you to feel understood and valued as these are key factors in how successful this experience will be in meeting your goals. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you might have about taking this step.
