I can help with chronic stress, trauma, relationship and family issues, anxiety, postpartum, mood disorders, and ADHD. I received my training directly from Dr. Matthew Vasquez, the creator of a body-centered therapeutic approach, Integrated Somatic Regulation. In my practice, I use a blend of techniques from body-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as sensorimotor psychotherapy.
