The path to pregnancy and parenthood can be filled with unexpected challenges and experiences. I'd love to be a support as you chart your course to living a full and rich life. My approach is relational and focused on your unique values and intentions. Together, we'll identify small, meaningful steps toward the life you envision. I am trained in trauma work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion and Sandtray therapy. Ultimately, this is your journey, and I’m here to support you as you gather the resources and skills for growth and healing. As for me? I’m an empty nester who finds joy in nature—whether it’s a refreshing hike, capturing beauty through photography, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, or belting out a song in my kitchen. I look forward to sharing this journey with you, filled with warmth, understanding, and connection.
