I'm so glad you are here. Whether you're a considering counseling for the first time or are a seasoned veteran, kudos to you for taking the steps towards investing in your personal growth and healing. As a counselor and fellow human, I have found that deepening our awareness of who we are and the struggles we face within a supportive, safe relationship, can help us navigate life's obstacles in ways we did not feel were otherwise possible. Often, the greatest gift of self-compassion is the act of coming home to ourselves. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy and a concentration in Body-Centered Therapy from Appalachian State University. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Horticultural Therapy from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Registered Yoga Teacher 200-Hour. I am currently working towards a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. If you need support and feel that what I offer might be able to support you along your journey, I welcome you to reach out to for a consultation to see if we are a good fit and our schedules align. Whether we connect or not, I wish you all the best along your journey.
