Introduction

Life can be a beautiful experience taking us to the mountaintops, but can also suddenly turn and pull us into the deepest valleys. I consider it a great privilege to hear your story, speak into your life, and witness you discover the fulfillment and freedom that comes through healing. I am living proof that the therapeutic relationship and the therapeutic process can help heal you and change the trajectory of your relationships and your life. I began my helping profession as a Child Life Specialist working with children with cancer, then as a clinician working with the ChildTrauma Clinic. Most recently, I focus on helping individuals with a history of childhood or relational trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and anxiety and depression. I am a Level I and II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I help individuals heal from trauma and and grow in post traumatic growth using a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, the Meadows Model Post Induction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and many more. My desire is to create a safe, and trusting environment in which anyone seeking help and support would feel comfortable sharing.
