Hello, Welcome to my site. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher 500, a Professional Yoga Therapist-Candidate, and a Professional Life Coach providing psychotherapy, counseling, health, and life coaching services for individuals, couples, and groups throughout Arizona. I specialize in trauma therapy and am an EMDR Certified Therapist, IFS informed, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified in Emotion Freedom Techniques, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Therapist, Motivational Interviewing, Mindful Cognitive- Based Therapy, Adlerian and Psychodynamic Therapy. I utilize a collaborative, person-centered approach integrating Christian counseling (if desired) for mental and spiritual health for people who wish to integrate their faith into the counseling process and evidence-based therapies and welcome clients from all backgrounds. My passion is to provide hope and healing from life challenges and help you navigate wellness and relief from anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, body image, mood disorders, and relationship struggles.
