Sometimes life can be overwhelming and difficult and it can make it hard to see the light beyond what darkness you feel you’re trapped in. I help individuals seek and identify tools and support that will help them navigate these struggles and come out of that darkness with hope and stability. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems, but I like to incorporate techniques from rational emotive behavior therapy as well. I am experienced in providing individual, group, crisis, and family therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves, and helping them find hope in the person they could become. My goal is to provide a safe place to allow you to work through challenges and promote positive exploration and empowerment of yourself. I currently serve individuals ranging from ages 12 to adults experiencing struggles with different mental health and behavioral issues. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
