Introduction

I stive hard to meet clients where they are at and work with you based on what you tell me your needs are. That being said, we all have blind spots and I will let you know when I see other alternatives that may be more challenging but which may also bring about greater and longer-lasting change and well-being. I am a hopeful realist: I believe that we need to base our hopes on solid ground but that anybody can make the changes they need at any age. I am a certified EMDR therapist and a Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am experienced working with people who struggle with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression and borderline personality disorder. During my 11 + years of community mental health experience, I have worked with virtually every diagnosis, and I learn and grow with each client.
