Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Ben. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Religion from Southern Wesleyan University in 2005. I earned my Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010 and have been working in the counseling field since. I enjoy working with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, family relationships, parenting, and men's sexual integrity issues. I have particular interest in working with Christian families and ministry families. Health and wholeness in life's most important relationships - this is what I'm passionate about. I want to help families thrive. I want to help men of all ages to fulfill their role as sons, husbands and fathers. Life is a long journey, and our investment in relationships has a lot to do with the quality of that journey. Whether you're seeking health and healing individually or within your closest relationships, I aim to be a compassionate witness, a hopeful listener, and an encouraging sounding board to walk with you on this journey. I have recently begun providing EMDR therapy in 2023 and am very excited about its usefulness for a wide variety of presenting issues!
