Introduction

I have over ten years’ experience offering direct clinical services to all ages in numerous outpatient settings. My success as a provider depends upon my ability to understand and connect with people as they are, and help them access scientifically supported methods for improving their mental health and pursuing wellness. My experiences have taught me the importance of celebrating and utilizing authenticity, intuition, humor, and compassion as primary tools for connection and change. Our work will always start with forming a real, trusting relationship. After developing that relationship, our work will center around defining what you think is helpful. It will always be my job to hear you and understand you. I may offer suggestions and feedback, but the direction, depth, and pace of therapy will always ultimately be up to you.
