Introduction

I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you identify and resolve unhealthy patterns that keep you from moving forward. You might be feeling stuck due to becoming emotionally disconnected with your partner, experiencing a traumatic event or struggling to perform at your optimal level at work. You want to rediscover intimacy, purpose and joy. Let me join you in developing effective coping skills to manage life's daily challenges. I am experienced in trauma, relational conflicts as well as depression and anxiety. My approach is experiential, process oriented and focuses on bringing greater insight and self awareness for the client(s). I believe in the importance of early childhood experiences/attachments and memories that inform our present selves. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I am trained in Trauma focused CBT and EMDR. I enjoy working with adolescents/young adults as well as couples who are just starting out and looking to build a solid foundation. I look forward to meeting and partnering with you.
