My approach to therapy is grounded, in-the-moment, and relational. Areas of clinical focus include: Individual, couples, or families working with acute traumatic experiences or developmental trauma. Individuals who are working with depression or anxiety, or both. Individuals looking to find meaning and connection to creative work. Teenagers struggling with identity, depression, self-harm, anger and self-worth. Couples struggling with intimacy, meaning, and conflict in relationships. Individuals or couples with with young children. I welcome clients of all races, ethnicities, immigration status, and who represent all sexual orientations, gender-identities and gender expressions.
