Introduction

I am passionate about working with couples to achieve a more intimate and satisfying relationship. In therapy, I work with each individual to identify issues that are interfering in achieving these and uses a strengths-based approach to support clients to develop better ways of relating. I believe that the best way to get to the root of the issue is through being open and direct with clients. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups since 2012 and brings both my professional experience, training in relationship therapy, and direct, lived experience to best support couples towards their goals.
