Introduction

Hello, I’m Ben Bechle, a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in person-centered therapy for individuals and couples. My journey into the therapeutic world has been fueled by a deep-seated passion for helping others navigate the complexities of life and relationships. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my practice, having worked with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges. My educational background includes advanced training in person-centered therapy, which has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to support my clients effectively. Additionally, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT), while integrating a few of my favorite interventions informed by other approaches to meet the client where they are at. I am continually expanding my professional expertise through ongoing education and supervision, ensuring that I stay current with the latest developments in the field. When working with individuals, my primary goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, stress, or simply striving for personal development, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies that empower you to make meaningful changes. I am committed to being present with you, offering authentic and compassionate support as you navigate your journey. In my practice with couples, I focus on enhancing communication, understanding, and connection between partners. Relationships can be both incredibly rewarding and deeply challenging, and I strive to help couples rediscover the joy and intimacy that brought them together. Through emotionally focused techniques and interventions, we’ll work on addressing conflicts, improving communication, and building a stronger emotional bond. My aim is to help you and your partner create a relationship that is resilient, fulfilling, and saturated with mutual respect and love. In addition to my professional qualifications, I believe that therapy should also be a fun and engaging process. While we’ll certainly tackle serious issues, I also aim to incorporate elements of joy, curiosity, and creativity into our sessions. Life is multifaceted, and I believe that our time together should reflect the richness and diversity of the human experience. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, I would be honored to work with you. Whether you’re an individual seeking to better understand yourself, or a couple aiming to strengthen your relationship, I am here to provide the support and guidance you need. Feel free to reach out to me to schedule a session or to learn more about my approach. Together, we can create a path forward that leads to greater well-being, fulfillment, and joy. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to the possibility of working with you.
