Introduction

Ben’s career began in higher education where he has worked in various roles supporting students and working with campus and community stakeholders to enrich the student experience. Ben has always felt a deep connection to help those in need, and after 10-years in student affairs, he returned to graduate school in 2019 to pursue a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ben is a 2021 graduate of the Master of Arts in Counseling program through Lakeland University. His practice is guided by a person-centered and trauma informed approach. Ben is drawn to working with a variety of presenting issues and works with individuals, couples, and families. He offers all potential clients a free 15-minute consultation which provides an opportunity to get to know one another, better understand the client’s motivation for treatment, and determine if the therapeutic relationship is a good match. Therapy is what you want it to be. Your time. Your goals.
