I'm so glad you're here! I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and have been in the counseling field for 5 years. I specialize in working with college students, young adults, and young professionals. I often work with individuals facing issues related to interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, life changes, religious and spiritual issues, self worth, and trauma. My clients and I typically work towards goals of increased coping skills, self compassion, and healthy relationships. I believe in a collaborative, curious approach where the client is the expert on his or her life. I enjoy coming alongside clients and I hope to facilitate a safe space for exploring goals and problems. In session, I am committed to partnering with my clients to uncover their inherent strengths - bringing a compassionate eye to whatever comes up. I integrate mindfulness techniques, somatic experiencing, and talk therapy into sessions and tailor clinical methods towards each client’s unique needs and expressed goals.
