Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Full-Spectrum Doula, I am passionate about supporting birthing persons and individuals (18+) in navigating the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions. With over 14 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in working with individuals facing postpartum stress/anxiety, general anxiety, self-esteem struggles, identity concerns, boundary setting, relational difficulties, life transitions, Veteran issues, and trauma. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic healing, and strengths-based techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. As a doula, I extend my care beyond therapy by providing compassionate birth and postpartum support, ensuring that individuals feel emotionally, physically, and mentally supported throughout their journey. I believe that mental health and birth work go hand in hand—when we honor both, we create a foundation for true healing and empowerment. My journey in this work is deeply personal. I have witnessed firsthand the strength and resilience of mothers, yet I also understand the weight of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm that can come with major life transitions. This fuels my mission to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process your emotions, embrace your identity, and take control of your well-being. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re seeking therapy, birth support, or both, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to your healing. 📍 Serving Long Beach & surrounding areas | Virtual therapy available Let's schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Collaboratively, if we decide to move forward, we will schedule an intake session.
