Welcome to my practice- I am glad you are here! I have been in private practice since 1999, and love partnering with people to find and grow their full potential. I use a multidiscipline approach with a two-fold focus- growing strengths, empowerment, and self confidence while identifying and eliminating barriers, triggers, and toxic patterns of living. I believe you have all the ingredients within you to live a full and enjoyable life- I just help with finding the right recipe to do so. I am EMDR trained and currently working on my EMDR certification. While I do not accept insurance, many clients are able to use their Out of Network Benefits to reclaim a portion of their out of pocket costs for therapy. Call your insurance carrier and ask about Out of Network Benefits.
