Introduction

Are you feeling stuck, or struggling with a relationship? Do you feel you need to make changes in your life, but are unsure where to begin? Have you or a family member been diagnosed with a chronic disease? Are you having difficulty getting through a tough situation? I can help! I work with individuals, couples, and families to find a solution to their struggles. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in trauma, chronic illness, depression, marriage and family therapy and addictions. I also utilize a type of therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). It incorporates a combination of techniques in many traditional psychotherapies. ART works to change the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. Taking the step to begin therapy can be difficult. I invite you to contact me to see if I may be a good fit for you.
