Introduction

It takes courage to look for help when things are tough. It means you're willing to face the hurt and move toward change. I'm a trauma-informed family therapist and play therapist whose goal is to help my clients heal within the safety of their important relationships. I'm also a mom who has been deep in the trenches of trauma, grief, and loss. I use your child's natural instincts for communication, whether that's playing, art, or talking to help them understand and express their feelings and process their trauma.
