Therapy is a collaborative process and we strive to create a safe space and foster connection. It is a privilege to work with people to improve quality of life, interactions, and relationships. We will help you find your internal strengths. We take an integrative approach individualized to each client. Various theoretical approaches are utilized. These include cognitive therapy, trauma focused cognitive therapy, family systems therapy perspectives, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Clinicians are trained in brainspotting. Our strengths-based approach helps individuals work through a wide range of concerns. We are dually licensed clinicians and have extensive experience working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We also have experience working with clients involved in the criminal justice system. We enjoy helping people work towards meaningful and lasting change.
