Introduction

I specialize in therapies for all domains of OCD and all types of anxiety. This includes suicidal ideation, scrupulosity, and phobias. I also work with clients experiencing the effects of depression and traumas. I've had intense training and experience and have helped many overcome what seems impossible. If you are experiencing negative self-talk, thoughts of harm, or ruminating about beliefs, I'm here for you. Perhaps you're reactive or shutting down.
