Hello, I’m Becky, and I’m glad you are here! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping couples, individuals, families, and teens navigate life’s challenges to improve their quality of life, overall wellbeing, and interpersonal relationships. I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Fresno, and bring extensive experience from private practice, outpatient programs, and group therapy facilitation. My work encompasses a wide range of mental health issues, including depression and anxiety, and I have had the privilege of providing therapeutic services to first responders and their families, addressing their unique stressors. Additionally, I facilitate an emotional support group for parents whose children live with epilepsy through Epilepsy Support Network of OC. I employ evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with somatic and mindfulness strategies to support my clients through their therapeutic journeys. Additionally, I am a trained pre-marital facilitator through Prepare/Enrich.
