Licensed Professional Counselor Stages of Change Counseling LLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-Harming, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

My approach to therapy is down to Earth and person-centered; I enjoy assisting clients in finding strengths within themselves and using those strengths to complete the goals they have set. Building a solid rapport with a client is one of the best indicators for successful therapy. The nonjudgmental approach taken is something many previous clients have appreciated over the years; this gives a space to let your guard down and explore things going on in your life openly and honestly. Teaching people to problem solve and find solutions that work for them is an area where I thrive. My husband and I live on a gravel road outside of Jefferson City. I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking care of my plants, cutting grass, gardening or just sitting on the porch reading a book.
