I work primarily with women and adolescents. My main specialtiest include anxiety, life transitions and parenting. I offer licensed, integrated Christian counseling, which recognizes best practices of research and the actual Hope of the world. If you're hoping to address your anxiety while building your faith, you're in the right place. If your kid needs an advocate and listening ear that "gets it", even better. I love empowering women and kiddos. Being trusted to hold space for someone's story is an honor and privilege. After 13 years of supporting students and families in the public school setting, I value counseling that equips clients with resources, education and perspective.
