Becca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling from Texas Christian University and has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University. She has worked in an inpatient hospital setting, outpatient mental health programs, a substance use rehabilitation facility and with college students at TCU. Becca has always had a passion for helping others through life’s transitions and struggles. She works hard to help empower clients to pursue their goals and become the most successful version of themselves by building on each individual’s unique strengths. Becca is trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy and uses a variety of techniques to meet each client where they’re at. She is also trained in EMDR Therapy and holds space for those recovering from different types of traumas. Lastly, Becca believes in the power of mindfulness and meditation and uses these techniques alongside Polyvagal Theory to address the mind-body connection.
