I am currently serving as an intern counselor while pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand View University. My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness, bridging the connection between body and mind. Drawing from my background in client-focused, relationship-building business and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness, I adopt a holistic approach to well-being. I work with individuals 16 years+ facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing. I am especially passionate about empowering women through life transitions, helping them uncover their authentic selves and confidently affirm their own voices.
