Hello! My areas of expertise include anxiety, relationships, and trauma. Populations of focus include folks with multiple marginalized identities, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+IA, first-gen communities, early career mental health professionals, and college students. Additional areas of interest include burnout & stress, dating & breakups, life transitions, and the impacts of culture, generational trauma, and oppressive systems (capitalism, ableism, religion, racism, heterosexism, cisgenderism, anti-fatness/diet culture, academia, etc). I am currently awaiting licensure processing and am practicing under the license of my supervisor, Dr. Stacy Bonds (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PSY31084)). I am a foodie, plant parent, animal lover, and social justice advocate who enjoys binging shows, collecting crystals, taking random drives, watching sunsets, and spending time with my partner and loved ones.
