I am passionate and committed to working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have several years of experience working with a wide range of populations as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work focuses on using a combination of play therapy and structured resources to guide my clients toward greater awareness of their nervous system state of regulation and the strategies that help them achieve greater balance in their bodies and minds. I believe in taking a family systems approach and request parent guidance sessions to allow for full transparency and integration of the individual sessions with their child.
