Introduction

I started this practice with the hope to support others in their journeys toward healing. As a social worker for children and adults who have been trafficked, victimized, abused, or hurt in some way, shape or form by others, I learned a lot about helping people navigate their internal and external worlds while trying to heal from their trauma. Over my 18 years of experience, I grew as a clinician and got trained in EMDR therapy as well as Gottman Couples Therapy and in Trauma and Affairs through the Gottman Institute. I continue to strive to learn more in these fields which is why I do not stop getting trained and won't stop learning to further help my clients. I care deeply about the work we will do together and get invested in your healing journey. Currently, I do not accept insurance and provide telehealth therapy in both Spanish and English. I also provide clinical supervision to LMSW's seeking their LCSW licensure.
