After spending over 20 years in a successful business career, I left the corporate world to follow my heart and become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. It is an honor and privilege to join with clients on their healing journey. Recognizing that change can trigger difficult emotions, I specialize in helping clients through life's transitions and healing trauma. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I am committed to helping individuals heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. While I am passionate about working with my adult and teen clients, I also treasure the relationship work I get to do with couples. Whether helping couples in premarital/cohabiting or marriage/remarriage/step-family situations, I strive to identify and build on a couple's strengths while working to restore emotional connection in relationships.
