Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you are here visiting my page and thinking of seeking support for yourself. I have been in the field of mental health since 2006 and was licensed as an LPC in 2017. What brought me into this field was healing from my own personal trauma and feeling that my purpose was to walk alongside others in their healing journey. I am passionate about guiding individuals to seeing their true potential and believing in themself. My specialties include crisis management, trauma, suicide prevention/management, anxiety, anger management, mood disorders, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach to include CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Existentialism. I believe in the power of relationships and the effect this can have on the human spirit. Through an integrated approach of focusing on the mind and body combined with cognitive behavior therapy, together we can work together to meet your goals!
