Welcome. I have been working as a therapist both locally and globally since 2012. I strive to build a warm and caring relationship, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for personal growth. My goal is to help you achieve a life filled with meaning, fulfillment, and happiness by supporting you on your journey toward wellness and self-discovery. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based techniques. I do so while embracing creativity, flexibility, and a deep awareness of the unique needs of each individual or couple.
